Submission Guidelines
Instructions for sending files to us for inclusion on the website
Each hotel / resort photo album on our website has a corresponding 'write-up' which is a brief (or maybe not so brief) synopsis, written by someone who has actually been there - this synopsis is there to compliment the photos. If you have useful contact details such as physical (postal) addresses, email addresses, website addresses, telephone / fax numbers or contact names, please add them at the foot of the 'write-up' file.
What we need and how we need it
If you want to submit any photos for inclusion, will you please check the photo before sending to ensure there are no spaces in the file name. Please replace any spaces with either hyphens or underscores. Please add the hotel name and location before the description.
For example:
Hotel_Costa_Encantada_spain_dining_room.jpg
Hotel-Costa-Encantada-spain-bedroom.jpg
Both the above comply with our requirements.
the bedroom.jpg does not.
This will help your entry to be found easier on the internet and make it faster for us to add your new entry.
Can you also please check all spellings carefully, particularly the hotel name and resort location - this is so any visitors to the site can be sure they are looking at the correct location without having to double-check hotel or location spellings.
In the subject line of your email, please state the HOTEL NAME and RESORT NAME - this is very important indeed because firstly, it enables us to differentiate your email from standard emails, and secondly, we can then see from the subject line exactly what it is and where it is. That means we don't have to open lots of emails to find your photos when we come to process them for upload to the site
