This villa sits in 2 acres of beautiful land good for just sitting in the warm summer sun with a glass of wine or you can take long walks into the countryside.

San Vito Dei Normany is just a 5 kms away and the local beach is just a 10 minute drive away. We are happy to provide a meet and greet service.

There is a key holder who will be happy to help you in any way they can. The property is newly furnished, the bathroom is less then a year old and we hope we have catered for your comforts
