The hotel was pretty convenient though not directly in the area of most of the tourist stuff. It is just around the corner from a major tram/subway stop or not a bad walk to
Mala Strana area.

Most of the staff at the desk were pretty helpful.

The hotel is next to a huge shopping mall which is open until very late - many nice restaurants in the mall and around the area.

Karlovy namesti (Charles Bridge) is in a walking distance of approximately 30' - 45' from hotel. We would suggest it to all..

The hotel is new, very clean and the people that work there are very polite and helpful.

The rooms are great.

The next time that we would return to Praha, it would be our first choice to stay there again.

Trust it people out there, it's perfect.

The tram lines are operating 24hr and you can go anywhere.

Excellent city Praha as well as our stay at IBIS SMICHOV Praha.
